What am I doing when I am resting?

Is it restful now? (even if it was yesterday- is it now?)

This inquiry into our experience can suppport us looking after ourselves now, as we actually are right now. And work out if what we have always called rest, actually is…….

Note - Journalling can be really useful and you may want to listen to the audio in the last lesson a few times.
