Remember those questions at the beginning? Maybe have a pause, perhaps go back to the recording in the first lesson, how does it sound now? How do you answer the questions now?
How do you feel about rest?
How do you feel when you rest?
What does rest look like?
We never really get to the answer, it keep changing and is a continual process of learning and reflecting.
Whats next?
Well, inhabiting our present moment experience, pausing, making time for who and what is important to us is an important part of managing fatigue. Our rest needs to support us to do this.
Noticing what brings joy, pleasure and contentment is key.
This is why I practice mindfuness and I encourage you to explore it further.
